A liner is replaced when the wall is worn, when the size has gone past the allowed tolerance, or when the block is being overhauled. On wet liner engines the sealing arrangement around the seat is replaced as well.
We stock liners for tractor, truck and car engines. We import them ourselves or take them directly from the manufacturer, so there is no middleman between the factory and you.

Our own range, with manufacture to customer dimensions.

On older engines it often happens that the standard size no longer fits. The block has been bored, the size has moved on, and nobody stocks a finished liner in that dimension.
Send the outer and inner diameter, the length, the details of the seat and the engine type, and we quote the price and the lead time. We do the same for larger batches, when a machine shop has several of the same engine in work.
A liner is defined by its outer and inner diameter, its length and the shape of its seat. The engine type or a catalogue number is enough for us to check, and if there is no number, send the dimensions measured off the old part.
When a finished liner in the required dimension does not exist, we make it to measure. That is the usual case on older engines, where the block has already been bored and the standard part no longer fits.
Anything not in stock we order directly from the manufacturer, with a lead time we confirm in advance. We deliver across Serbia, and for larger batches across Europe.
