In an overhaul, rings are rarely replaced on their own. If a piston or a liner goes in too, we supply the whole set from one source, so the sizes match each other.
We keep rings in STD and in first and second repair sizes. In the NPR catalogue the sizes are marked STD, I SPC and II SPC, according to the cylinder diameter.
The engine type or a catalogue number off the old set is enough for us to check. If there is no number, send the cylinder diameter and the number of rings per piston.
